Fundraising with SaveAround Books - The Richmond Hill High School Beta Club is raising funds to help with our Kindness Campaign in the spring. Last year, we discovered the need for more funds to help with our campus clean-up day, to help purchase BE KIND stickers for students, and WEareKIND t-shirts. Our ultimate goal is to put a t-shirt on EVERY single Wildcat!

All applicants to the Richmond Hill High School Chapter of the National Beta Club must have a semester average of 80 or above in each individual class, and an overall cumulative average of 85 or above for all high school classes. These students must demonstrate their worthy character, good mentality, credible achievement, and commendable attitude.

The new membership drive for 2017-2018 is over. The next membership drive will begin January 1, 2019.
The application for membership has two parts. Both parts are required for the application to be considered complete.
NEW! Incoming Freshmen Membership 2018-2019 School Year
Starting the 18-19 school year, all incoming freshmen who were members of the Richmond Hill Middle School Beta Club in good standing upon completion of the 17-18 school year will be granted membership for the 18-19 school year. If interested, students will need to fill out an information sheet at the beginning of the school year. As long as these students are in good academic standing after the first semester, they will be formally inducted in February with all other new members. All other requirements as they pertain to regular members will apply to these students, including meeting attendance, academic requirements, service hours, and club dues.
The purpose of this organization shall be to promote the ideals of honesty, service, morality, ethical conduct, and leadership among elementary and secondary school students; to reward meritorious academic achievement; and to encourage and assist students in continuing their education after high school.

National Beta Club Scholarship
12th grade Senior Beta members, duly registered with the national headquarters as of June 30, 2018, are eligible to apply for a National Beta Scholarship. Selection of National Beta Scholarship winners is based on a number of factors, with an emphasis on academic excellence, demonstrated leadership, commendable character, school and community service, as well as participation in National Beta Club activities.
