On November 2, 2019, our seniors and their parents had the opportunity to attend a FAFSA Workshop. A representative from the Georgia Student Finance Commission was here to assist parents and students with applying for financial aid. #RedskinsontheRise

2020 Seniors and Senior Parents - the FAFSA drop in workshop is this Saturday, November 2nd, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at BCHS. Although it is preferable that both the student and parent attend, the parent can come in with all the documentation: Student's GaFutures log-in/password, social security numbers for both student and parent, and last Spring's tax return (2018). Please allot for at least 90 minutes to complete this.
If you cannot make this, our "FAFSA" rep from GSFC will also be here on Wednesday, November 20th, from 8:15 a.m. until 11:30 a.m.
You do not HAVE to come to one of these sessions to complete the FAFSA, but it does help if you have never completed this before. The FAFSA helps with both technical and traditional college expenses. Don't let possible free grant money and/or low interest loans pass your student by as they are looking toward their future!
