Seniors and Parents: Ogeechee Technical College will have an Apply for Free Day on March 28, 2019.
Senior Zachary Lanier has been named the 2018-19 Georgia STAR Student for Bryan County High School. To be eligible for this honor, the student must have the highest SAT score as well as be in the top 10% of the graduating class. Zachary chose Ms. Alison Holcombe as his STAR teacher. Ms. Holcombe is now the Assistant Principal at Bryan County Elementary School. Ms. Holcombe was Zachary's 2nd grade teacher and he stated that she is the teacher that stood out as far as inspiring him to do his best so he could be anything he wanted to be. Zachary has been accepted into Mercer University and plans to pursue a degree in the pre-medical program to prepare for medical school. Congratulations to both Zachary and Ms. Holcombe!
