Dear McAllister Elementary Parents and Guardians,
I could not be more excited to be afforded the opportunity to serve as the assistant principal at McAllister Elementary School. I am so grateful by the welcoming and support I have received from all of you! I am loving working with our wonderful staff, parents, and students. Working with both you and your students it is my goal to continue to make this the Happiest School on Earth.
I have been working in Bryan County schools since 2007. I have taught both second and third graders and most recently, was the media specialist at Richmond Hill Elementary School. I went through Bryan county schools from kindergarten until I graduated high school, so they hold a special place in my heart.
I share in Bryan County’s vision, “Committed to Excellence and Success in All We Do.” My promise to you, is that I will continue to work hard to ensure all students at McAllister Elementary are successful. I want all our students to have a positive academic experience.
Dear MES Families,
How lucky are we to have such a wonderful school in which to send our students to each day? McAllister Elementary School is filled with a faculty and staff who embody our vision of “Committed to Excellence and Success in ALL We Do,” and I could not be more proud to serve as assistant principal right along side them. Our students—smiling and eager to learn—and you, their families, make each day worthwhile.
This 2018-19 school year will be my second year as an assistant principal at MES. Prior to that, I taught middle school here in Richmond Hill, in Chatham County, and in my home state of South Carolina. We have made our home here, and consider ourselves blessed to be part of this community that places such a high value on educated its young people.
Know that my commitment to our 1,250+ students is unwavering. If there is ever a way that I can offer support, please reach out to me. Thank you for sharing your children with us each day!
Dear AMAZING MES families,
I am so very excited to be joining the MES team this year! I could not ask for a better place to support teachers and serve students. I look forward to the many adventures ahead with the staff, parents and students of MES. I can already tell, this is truly the Happiest School on Earth!
I love Bryan County Schools! I began my career at Richmond Hill High School as an English Teacher and basketball coach in 2007. I then became an assistant principal at Richmond Hill Middle School and have been serving in this role since. This year, I am fortunate to be an assistant principal at both school!
I look forward to a successful, fun and exciting school year here at MES!
